Easter special 2020 in sansaro: spring box with asparagus ajikurabe
A very special box with different variations of one theme (="Ajikurabe") is offered by our kitchen team from April 11:
- 6x Uramaki (inside-out) with sesame seeds, tempura of marinated asparagus and zests of a fresh Yuzu
- 3x Oshi Zushi with marinated salmon, green and white marinated asparagus and Tamago
- 2x Yaki sushi (fried sushi) with white asparagus, fresh myoga (Japanese ginger), sesame seeds and shimesaba, wrapped in a bamboo leaf
- 1x small temaki with octopus, ume (salt plum), white asparagus, marinated myoga and sesame seeds in a lettuce leaf.
- 1x Myoga marinated in vinegar
