Our Restaurant sansaro in the middle of the Amalienpassage is handmade like our cuisine - this creates a unique environment where guests feel comfortable in the restaurant in winter and visit the car-free terrace in the inner courtyard of the Amalienpassage in summer, which we have planted with greenery. Our restaurant and our team are highly regarded by guests because we provide friendly service at eye level and offer genuine Japanese quality. The kitchen is run by experienced Japanese chefs from whom you can learn a lot. In return, we are blessed with really extremely nice, appreciative guests.
For our restaurant we are currently looking for Reinforcement for kitchen and service
- as a beginner (Kitchen help, service runner) or trained specialist (Cook/Service Worker/Service Manager/Restaurant Manager).
But beware: we don't just sell anything and call it Japanese! We are really about quality and authenticity. You can also get a feeling for this in our Employee Spotlight, which is already somewhat older, but still valid.
