Ever since we opened our former SUSHIYA BENTO SHOP downtown in 2006, we at SUSHIYA have been consciously focusing on Japanese chefs, high-quality ingredients, and as much and more organic or comparable products as possible.
It's not cheap, but we think it's the right way to go.
Restaurant Toshi in Munich closed
A sad news reached us surprisingly at the beginning of March 2022: "Toshi", the restaurant of our colleague & competitor Toshio Kobatake in
