Which can be extremely difficult to do spontaneously and without good planning if you don't happen to be able to speak and, above all, read Japanese...

However, Japan offers an almost unbelievable wealth of hidden places and undertakings that are difficult to explore on your own outside the big cities, even as a Japan fan. For us as Japan lovers, the event was indeed very exciting to experience, because Japan is, from our point of view, an incredibly interesting, diverse travel destination - but not one where you just lie on the beach in the hotel. Especially a region like Kiso Ontake, where outside the big cities you can discover the most beautiful corners of Japanese traditional culture and landscape, makes our own heart beat faster.
Therefore, we were happy to make the exception of offering our restaurant for a closed party and host a small, exclusive event to order. Our kitchen team prepared various small courses of Japanese cuisine for DIAMIR's guests, precisely coordinated with the presentations, including edamame, of course, small snacks to start, yakitori, the delicious little skewers widely used in Japan, and of course a small selection of sushi. For dessert this time there was something special, typically Japanese: Goma-Dofu, a sesame tofu with small mochi balls and the sweet red bean paste Anko.

At sansaro we have already made some experience with special events for press events, private birthday parties or company celebrations, with individual, great multi-course menus. If you are interested in hosting your event at the sansaro restaurant in Munich, just contact us.
