Already since the opening of our former SUSHIYA BENTO SHOP downtown in 2006, we at SUSHIYA consciously focus on Japanese chefs, high quality ingredients and thereby also as much as possible and more and more organic or comparable products.
It's not cheap, but we think it's the right way.
