Offering an authentic interpretation of Japanese cuisine and culture requires its own rules and special efforts. Our small team has been working hard since 2007 to take care of every guest as best as possible.
Should something not have been to your satisfaction, then tell us - preferably directly and as concretely as possible, so that we can investigate the matter and thereby improve.
In any case, we will take your feedback to heart and provide you with feedback.

If you need to cancel a reservation and this is not possible online, please try to call the restaurant first (several times if necessary), as we cannot handle e-mails on the side at the guesthouse. Through the reservation system of OpenTable you can also send us a message that will reach our team directly. Additionally you are welcome to post a message here as well.
