Daiginjo Azolla 50
Brewed with the very interesting Gōriki rice. Gōriki comes exclusively from this region and is extremely difficult to cultivate. The use of this type of rice in combination with local water makes for a truly unique sake. This sake has just the right amount of fragrance, umami of the rice and acidity that is characteristic of Gōriki.
