For a long time, Dassai 50 was the most popular and widely used sake in the Dassai line. Asahi Brewery decided to push the polish level of the rice even higher to set it apart from other Junmai Daiginjo. They eventually pushed the polishing grade up to 45.

Fruity and mild with delicate aromas of nutmeg grapes and tangerines. With its delicate acidity reminiscent of white wine. Light body with a fine finish. One of the most popular Junmai Daiginjō worldwide.
