For New Year's Eve 2017 we again offer very special delicacies of Japanese cuisine and extraordinary sushi creations. You have the choice of several menus on New Year's Eve - as always, there is no à la carte and no take-away with us on the day, as the kitchen is completely focused on the special delicacies of this evening. If possible, please let us know your menu preferences right away when you make your reservation - if you want to secure your spot first and still discuss the menu selection, feel free to write us your wishes as soon as possible via the Contact form on our homepage.

TWO GREAT NEW YEAR'S EVE MENUS

MENU 1
TREASURES OF THE SEA

1. GANG

Three kinds of fine white fish sashimi with ankimo (steamed monkfish liver) and hon wasabi (real wasabi)

2. GANG

Mini nabe with assorted fish, seafood and vegetables with yuzukoshō (chili miso sauce).

3. GANG

Japanese grilled skewers with scallop, mackerel and shrimp in 3 different marinades (teriyaki, miso, soy)

4. GANGE

Oshizushi - Kyoto sushi specialties pressed in pine wood with homemade river eel, aka-ebi, marinated salmon and shiso.

FRUITS OF THE EARTH

1. GANG

Carpaccio tataki plate with rabbit, milk-fed calf, veal tongue and ginger-wasabi sauce

Oxtail soup with tofu and vegetables in red miso

grilled bites of pheasant, quail, mangalica pork in three different seasonings (miso, yuan sauce, mountain pepper sauce)

4. GANGE

Vegetarian bo sushi with fig, khaki, radish, carrot, kumquat, shiitake mushroom, grilled eggplant, lotus root, konbu seaweed.

For New Year's Eve 2017, we now also offer a very special, third selection option: our kitchen has compiled material from all areas of the best and offers once again the peak of pleasure. Please note that we can only offer a limited quantity of approx. 20 portions of this menu, so early reservation is crucial here. If the menu is no longer available when you reserve and want to pre-order it, so to speak, we will of course let you know.

FUSION OF HEAVEN AND EARTH

1. GANG

Mini sashimi with hon wasabi and fresh oyster with chili radish and ogonori seaweed jelly in ponzu sauce

Zensaimoriawase with gindara saikyo (black cod with miso), eggplant mustard, softshell crab and okra tofu.

3. GANG

Dorado grilled in festive Okashiratsuki style with Gin-an sauce and Wagyu Beef Steak with Yuzu Sansho sauce.

4. GANGE

Edomae-Nigirizushi
special nigiri selection e.g.: Uni, Toro, Kingcrab, Hiramasa, Unagi-shirayaki, Abalone and Trout Caviar.

Of course, if you wish, on New Year's Eve you can book again on tatami, the Japanese rice straw mats. We have places for 1-5 people on tatami.
